It was an honour for me to draw a picture for Ahto Kaasik´s book on natural sacred places in Estonia. I had previously worked as a photographer for the project of revising those places, working as ethnologists and capturing the lost knowledge, marking on the map places where once to our ancestors important rituals were carried.

Haikutus
Tee üks haigutus,
ringutus,
mõttesähvatus.
Teeviit teele viis
kummagi
enne kella viit.
Tee aed, korda
mõtet, pole ju,
uut luua.
Ainult teod loevad,
veedad peas,
teed joovad.
Oh, tõelehed,
teelehed.
Vastus! Joovastus.

Story of a Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkins have always fascinated me. Be it the most beautiful pumpkin I ever saw, which I gave away as a present and left myself with black and white film photography. Or in the spring of 2025 when I ate delicious pumkin soup at St. John´s school. I wanted to know where it was from and whether it was Muscat de Provence as I had noticed. Indeed it was and very soon I was the owner of a huge tasty pumkin. The rest is history...

AGUARELA
World of insects and flowers has always fascinated me. To be able to capture the beauty they represent, offers me moments of flow and sometimes it is even neccessary to carry out and communicate some ideas, as with the educational garden for St. John´s school.

Watercolour has been with me since high school and something I have always done in my spare time. Most of the knowledge comes with practice. I enjoy capturings most landscapes and portraits, most of them are done as sketches, rather 10-15 minutes, some even 3 and a few have taken hours. A few portraits have been done as gifts and took longer time to finish.
